International Beneficent Foundation "Art without Frontiers" is established in compliance with the Law of Ukraine "On charity and beneficent organizations" and other Ukrainian legislation in force based on the Founders’ Resolution.

The Foundation in its activities is guided by the Constitution of

Ukraine

, the Law of Ukraine "On charity and beneficent organizations", Ukrainian legislation in force and Foundation Charter.

The Foundation is non-profitable public beneficent organization uniting on charitable basis the citizens and legal entities of Ukraine and other countries of the world to implement the main task: assistance in promoting creative activity of talented individuals and creating conditions for international exchange of the cultural property.

The Foundation activity is aimed at contributing to the development and popularization of the cultural property, arts and science, disinterested beneficent activity to promote international arts and cultural exchanges, providing for material and financial assistance and other services to low income groups of people.
